Jerry Bishop was born in Charleston, South Carolina. After playing nearly every instrument in his high school band, Mr. Bishop moved to the thriving metropolis of Denton, TX to go to school at the University of North Texas. Jerry founded Music Learning with a friend of his in 1984 and has been busy helping education young musicians in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex ever since.
